Tricia was outstanding from start to finish! She was incredibly nice, accommodating, and very honest with both her view of houses as it related to my wife and I, as well as prices/value. We threw Tricia a bit of a curveball as we initially were looking at Watertown/Waltham, areas she regularly services, but ultimately ended up buying a house in Dorchester. Tricia was a trooper and reached out to her network in the Boston area to get more information and made several treks out to Dorchester, in the snow, for the open house, inspection, etc. On top of that, Tricia was consistently available to talk and helped us navigate putting in our offer on Super Bowl Sunday as well as answered my many random questions late into the night to accommodate my work schedule.
